Just taking a moment to say that I love this stuff.
I used some this morning with my monthly clarification process. My hair is all bouncy and soft. My scalp is immaculate. I LOVE ACV rinses!!!!!
I may do them a little differently from other people. I mix it with water in a spray bottle and spray it on my scalp (mainly) before I wash. Then I shower and wash my hair with glycerin soap/giovanni tea tree shampoo/neem & tea tree soap (I interchange them), shake, and go.
I LOVE my hair afterwards! its gorgeous and sheeny and soft.. just fabulous!
If you haven't tried it, maybe it's worth a try.

I've done this twice and I just can't stand the smell! :( but it is like a necessary evil haha!
I think I just might do so.Haven't done an ACV rinse in more than a year!
